The uniqueness of this class is that we will focus only on the positive qualities of the client and not on the negative emotions or blockages or traumas.

In this class, a lot of time will be dedicated to HEART-BRAIN Axis as the Emotional center; the student will learn how the body handles the emotional aspects through the TCM's meaning of Organ's Spirits (Shen, Yi, Po, Zhi, Hun), and analyzing which are the emotions  that improves HEART-BRAIN functions.

The goal is to work subconsciously to repair all the old wounds of genetical and genealogical emotional memories stored in the Heart that impede the development of the own qualities.

We will focus on finding the qualities of the client that they might not even know to have and empower them through the action of the Organ's Spirits (Shen, Yi, Po, Zhi, Hun). 

We’ll deepen the meaning and function of each Spirit and balance them using simple kinesiological procedures, archetypes, acupressure points, colored lights and sound. 


We will also work to “unlock” the physical tensions, heaviness and constrictions of the Heart as a way to “open” the Heart to new emotions of lightness and joy. 

This class gives you a different point of view to work at an emotional level. 


What you will learn: 

  • The 3 Treasures: Qi, Jing and Shen, 
  • The different manifestations of Shen, as Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Energy;
  • The meaning, the functions and how to balance the Shen, the Hun, the Po, the Yi and the Zhi; 
  • The qualities of each Spirit, 
  • How to use Archetypes as a way to stimulate the Spirits; 
  • The Empowering the Qualities procedure;
  • How to do a profound somato-emotional working on the Sternum’s Triangular muscle.
