This workshop takes you on a journey through the many different connections the Eyes and Vision have. Our eyes work daily, tirelessly, to allow us to respond to environmental stimuli.

The use of computers, tablets, smartphones, the increase in exposure to artificial light are all stress factors, typical of modern life, which can tire our eyes and cause the inefficiency of vision and the various functions related to it.  In fact, the eyes deeply affect our posture, not only causing headaches and cervical tension, but also involving the whole back, pelvis, knees and even feet.

Furthermore, an imbalanced vision also plays a fundamental role in dyslexic problems and in the various forms of learning disabilities.
